SURROUND SOUND TO PLAY THE MARATHON MILERS RACE
Come check out the Sports & Fitness Expo in City Park on Saturday morning, May 17 and witness some spectacular kids.
We're excited to have a band from Superior, "Surround Sound" playing for the Marathon Milers One-Mile Fun Run at 10:00 am.
Ryan Perry, 12, and Donato Ruscitti, 11, are on guitar. Ten-year old Cade Barry is on vocals, Jay Brogden, 11, plays bass and ten-year old Brady Perry, Ryan's brother, is the drummer.
Surround Sound's set includes songs from Aerosmith, Jet, Wolfmother and original songs that the members have written themselves.
The kids got their start at the Academy of Rock, a music school that puts kids together in a band, teaches them to play various instruments, cuts a CD, and then puts on a live performance. After their experience with Academy of Rock, the band stuck together and has been playing gigs all over Boulder County.
Prepare to be rocked!
