      <title>Race faster by knowing your lactate threshold</title>

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Normal"&gt;Are you a weekend warrior that enjoys racing but can't seem to improve your results as much as you'd like? Maybe it's time to re-haul your training regime by precisely figuring out your heart rate zones.&lt;br /&gt;

One your lactate threshold is determined, you'll get a training plan tailored to your numbers. &lt;br /&gt;

Watch for their bike team on the course -- they'll be leading the elite runners and the wheelchair marathon. They'll also be at Relay Exchange Zone 5, at Sloan’s Lake, 20th Avenue and Stuart.&lt;br /&gt;
